human resources and servise departement
The organization of work in recent years has undergone transformations to change these facilities traditionally strong. The organization of the staff can no longer rely on the assessment of professional skills alone. These
changes are managed through quality processes, using the management
capabilities of different characteristics of those working in the
company and the revised values are crystallized in the company. In the interest of the growth of these skills must involve all people working in the company, beyond their role. The
human factor in business really crucial because if encouraged,
organized, selected, competitive advantage can allow a company to deal
with innovative marketing strategies. The
role of human resources is therefore essential to the company to be
structured according to the appropriate operational instruments of the
globalization of the market. Human Capital is the strategic resource of choice for the company. The quality and motivation of people at all levels of the organization
are the main asset for achieving success. Invest
or not invest sufficiently in human resources could limit the companies
on the edge of technological development, scientific and organizational
and then from the market. Focused
on the organization, management and human resource development in a
changing labor market and occupations, is for me a challenge to an end.
